While interest rates are still expected to continue to decrease as we enter into the second half of 2024, low inventory keeps Greater Nashville sitting in what industry experts consider a “seller’s market.” On a national scale, Nashville's median sale price is 9% higher than the national average, while the overall cost of living in Nashville is 1% lower than the national average*. This makes for an attractive market.
