August's Average Sales Prices Year to Year

This past year, home values across Greater Nashville have continued to show strength, with most counties seeing steady growth. For example, Williamson County saw one of the largest jumps, with average home prices rising from $1,189,878 in 2024 to $1,341,803 in 2025—an increase of over $150,000. A few areas, like Cheatham and Robertson counties, experienced small dips, but overall,

the region continues to trend upward.
