It's remarkable how something as simple as Vitamin D can uplift our spirits and sharpen our focus, especially during this time of renewal. Recently, I stumbled upon a podcast discussing the benefits of soaking in morning sunlight immediately after waking, aiding in regulating our circadian rhythms. Consider this your reminder to take advantage of these longer days and take a sunshine break. It makes all the difference!
